Onze Service Desk medewerker kan u vragen wat de naam is van uw computer. Gebruik onderstaande stappen om de naam te achterhalen.

### Optie 1: Windows + Pause

De snelste manier om uw computernaam te achterhalen, is door op de **Windows-toets + Pauze / pauze** te drukken. U kunt vervolgens naast **Appataarnaam** de naam terug vinden.

Uw toetsenbord heeft mogelijk geen **pauzetoets**. Veel moderne toetsenborden zullen dat niet doen. Zo niet, gebruik dan een van deze eenvoudige technieken.

### Optie 2: Gebruik het start menu

Klik op het **Windows startmenu** en begin met typen (zonder ergens op te klikken): **pc-naam**

Klik vervolgens op **Uw pc-naam weergeven**

U kunt vervolgens in het venster Systeem de **appataatnaam** terug vinden.
