# Scherm overname
Deze handleiding legt uit hoe gebruikers een hulp op afstand sessie kunnen starten via Take Control. Take Control is een krachtige softwaretool waarmee technische ondersteuningsmedewerkers op afstand toegang kunnen krijgen tot uw computer om problemen op te lossen en ondersteuning te bieden. Volg de onderstaande stappen om snel en eenvoudig een hulp op afstand sessie te starten.
## Kies uw besturingssysteem:

1. Surf naar onze [Support pagina](https://www.itunit.be/support) en klik op Get Support. U wordt omgeleid naar de [startcontrol.com/itunit](https://startcontrol.com/itunit) pagina
2. Typ nu de 9-cijferige code in die u van onze technici hebt ontvangen en klik op **Download**\
3. Het bestand **TakeControl.exe** wordt nu gedownload
4. Klik op **Bestand openen** of kijk in je Downloads map om het bestand TakeControl.exe uit te voeren
5. De Take Control software zal gestart worden waarna een technicus de verbinding tot stand zal brengen\

2. Klik op het tabblad **MAC**. Typ nu de 9-cijferige code in die u van onze technici hebt ontvangen en klik op **Download**\
3. Het bestand **mac\_support.zip** wordt nu gedownload\
4. Klik op **Bestand openen** of kijk in je Downloads map om het bestand mac\_support.zip uit te voeren
5. Eens uitgevoerd zal er een nieuwe **mac\_support map** aangemaakt worden\
6. Open de nieuwe mac\_support map en dubbelklik op **Remote Support Applet**\
7. Klik bij de vraag "*'Remote Support Applet' is een app die van het internet is gedownload. Weet je zeker dat je deze wilt openen*" op **Open**\
8. Klik bij de vraag "*Remote Support Applet wil toegang tot bestanden op het bureaublad.*" op **OK**\
9. Klik in het venster Schermopname **Open de systeeminstellingen**
10. Schuif de balk naast **Remote Support Applet** naar rechts om deze te activeren\
11. Klik in het venster *System Access Permissions* naast de vermelding **Screen Recording** (Scherm opname) op **Request Permission**\
12. Schuif de balk naast **Remote Support Applet** naar rechts om deze te activeren\
13. Klik op **Stop en open opnieuw**. Bevestig de stop actie met **OK**\
14. Ga terug naar de **mac\_support** map in de Downloads folder en start **Remote Support Applet** opnieuw
15. In het venster *System Access Permissions* zal Screen Recording op Allowed staan.\
Klik nu op **Request Permission** naast de vermelding **Accessibility** (Toegankelijkheid)\
16. Schuif de balk naast **Remote Support Applet** naar rechts om deze te activeren\
17. Onze Service Desk Technicus heeft nu toegang tot uw appraat
