# Aanmelden bij Client Portal

## Account activeren

Om in te kunnen loggen op de Client Portal, dient uw account geactiveerd te worden door de IT Unit Service Desk of door uw interne IT manager waarna u een activatie e-mail zal ontvangen.

In de activatie e-mail staat uw organisatie link naar onze Client Portal. Sla deze op in uw favorieten.

1. Klik in de welkomsemail op de activatielink
2. Vul uw gebruikersnaam in (terug te vinden in de activatie e-mail)
3. Kies en bevestig een persoonlijk wachtwoord\

4. Klik op **Change Password**
5. Om uw account beter te beveiligen, is tweestaps verificatie vereist.\
   Volg de procedure om een [account toe te voegen aan uw Microsoft Authenticator app](/microsoft-365/producten/microsoft-authenticator.md#id0edj) door de QR-code te scannen en klik op **Enable 2FA**\

6. Klik op Continue\

## Inloggen

U kan zich aanmelden op onze Client Portal door middel van uw **Microsoft school- of werkaccount** of via een **persoonlijk gebruikersnaam en wachtwoord**.

Wij raden aan om gebruik te maken van Microsoft school- of werkaccount voor de meest gebruiksvriendelijke ervaring.

1. Open uw webbrowser (Wij raden de [Microsoft Edge browser](/microsoft-365/producten/microsoft-edge.md) aan)
2. Surf naar [https://itunit.itclientportal.com](https://itunit.itclientportal.com/ClientPortal/Login.aspx) of op de <https://www.itunit.be/support> pagina om door te klikken naar de Client Portal.
3. Druk op de knop **Login with Microsoft** of meldt u aan met uw **gebruikersnaam en wachtwoord**.\

4. Na de aanmelding krijgt u de landingspagina van de Client Portal te zien.
